Here are the answers to the most frequently asked questions we get from our affiliates...
Q1) When and how do I get paid my commissions?
A1) We pay our affiliates every Monday (yes, weekly!) via PayPal, for the sales made the previous week (Monday to Sunday). You submitted your PayPal email address when you signed up as an affiliate, but you can change your PayPal email address here if needed. Also feel free to contact us if you have any questions about this.
Q2) Do your offers convert?
A2) Of course! We've been testing and improving our offers for several years now to achieve NET conversion rates (i.e. including refunds) of at least $1.50 EPC, and we continue to have at least one split test running at all times to improve these conversion rates even more. So you can guarantee that when you tell your audience about our products, we'll quickly convert your traffic into sales.
Q3) Do you do business ethically?
A3) We know there are a lot of unethical marketers and business owners out there, so we strive to be different. All of the strategies revealed in our products are proven to work by our own company and our other customers. Plus, we're lucky to have a lot of positive reviews and testimonials sent to us on a regular basis. So not only do our affiliates make a ton of money, but our customers get great results too!
Q4) Where can I track my statistics?
A4) To check your affiliate earnings and traffic statistics, simply click on the "Check Your Sales" link in the top menu.
Q5) Do you hold any commissions?
A5) In rare cases when the customer requests a refund, we try to overcome their objections via email and a phone call. During this time, the commission will be held in case the customer refunds, to avoid a negative affiliate balance. Also, commissions made from selling our Done For You Prosperity service are held for 30 days due to the refund period and the nurturing process for that particular offer. However all commissions you make will always be paid to you on time, every time.
